SHOPPING POLICY:


How can I pay my order?

We accept credit card payment and Paypal.

How do I know that you have received my order?

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Can I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy. Just go to the Hong Kong Post Mail Tracking page and enter your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 24 hours. Please email the order number, item name and total payment to us, then we will contact you very soon for the refund arrangement.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

Please email your Paypal transaction number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and further details of the problem. Then please follow the procedures stated in the 'RETURNS/EXCHANGES' section, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING:


Item will be shipped within 3-5 working days after full payment is received.
We only ship to the approved address given in Paypal. Please make sure your Paypal address is correct.
The additional cost such as tax and customs charges will be paid by buyer.
Sometimes the package may stay at customs for a longer time for the general inspection.
Items are shipped from Hong Kong by Hong Kong Post, reach most of countries within 7 to 10 business days.

*China and Taiwan orders will be sent by SF Express and shipping will be paid by receiver. Please MUST leave your mobile number in the remark. For the Taiwan order, please also leave your tax ID in the remark column.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:


We accept refund for incorrect or faulty item ONLY. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Please email us with your Paypal transaction number, item name and the problem of the item. Once we received your email, we will send a confirmation email to you very soon for the refund and return arrangement.

The purpose of collecting personal data by means of this form is to process your order in this website.
In order to serve the specified purposes the personal data collected may be transferred to relevant parties. All information provided will be destroyed by 1 year.
The personal data collected will not be disclosed to third parties other than those specified without your express approval, or unless required by law.
Unless indicated otherwise, all personal data requested in this website is required for its purpose(s).
